1. Publisher and purpose
Provashot is published by Xelmes SRL (limited liability company under Belgian law), Place Lt. Graff 15, 1780 Wemmel, Belgium, company/VAT no. BE 0788.703.337, e-mail: [email protected]. The app lets you document job sites with photos and generate PDF reports from them. By installing it, you accept these terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your professional needs. Your content (photos, jobs, reports, profile) remains yours; it is stored on your device and we have no access to it.
3. Free tier and Pro subscription
- The free tier includes a limited number of reports per month, reset monthly; free reports carry a “Created with Provashot” line in the footer.
- Provashot Pro (monthly or yearly subscription, with a possible trial) unlocks unlimited reports without that line, your company logo and contact details on every report, and additional templates.
- Purchase, billing, automatic renewal and cancellation are handled by your App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime in your store settings, at the latest 24 h before renewal. Prices shown in the app at the time of purchase apply.
- Withdrawing consent, uninstalling, or deleting your data does not cancel the subscription (it is tied to your store account, not to the app); "Restore purchases" re-activates it in the app.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create and share (photos, reports), for the rights of persons photographed and, regarding your clients' data, for your obligations as data controller. The app is a documentation tool: it is neither certified legal evidence nor a contractual document between you and your clients.
5. Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work on its reliability (see the privacy policy regarding crash reports) but do not guarantee absolute availability or freedom from errors. As your data lives on your device, backing it up is part of backing up the device; a full export is available in Settings → My data. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last twelve months, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Changes and termination
We may evolve the app and these terms; any substantial change is announced in the app and dated here. You may stop using the app at any time; full data deletion is available in Settings → My data.
7. Governing law
Belgian law. Disputes: courts of the publisher's registered office district, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Consumer mediation: mediationconsommateur.be. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
