A dated photo report for every job

Your contractors and subcontractors photograph their work with Provashot. You receive a PDF filed before, during and after, with no account and nothing to install.

What you receive

A dated PDF report, received by email, WhatsApp or text message:

  • the job, the address, the period covered and your file reference (claim, order);
  • photos filed before, during and after, each with its stamp: date, time, time zone, GPS position and its accuracy;
  • with Pro, the company logo and contact details, and before/after photos side by side.
Finished house extension, with the Provashot stamp burned in at the bottom left: 16 October 2026 at 16:40 UTC+2, GPS position to ±6 m, the job name and the After phase
Example of an "After" photo as it appears in the report, with the full stamp (Pro).

Why it helps you

Disputes
The condition before and the finished work, dated and located.
Insurance claims
The "Insurance file" lists every photo with its origin.
Handover
The "Job sign-off" is a report to sign, outstanding items included.
Subcontracted work
What was done, where and when, without a site visit each time.

Both documents are part of Provashot Pro.

How to ask your contractors

  • Send them the link to provashot.com.
  • Say what you expect: before, during and after photos, the document you need and your file reference.
  • Free for them: 3 standard PDF reports per month. Provashot Pro (unlimited reports, Insurance file, Job sign-off): €99.99/year with a 7-day trial, or €12.99/month. In the US: $89.99/year or $11.99/month.
  • The subscription is theirs, not yours.

On your side, nothing to install

No account, no app, no subscription. The report is a PDF: it opens on a phone or a computer and prints cleanly. Need the originals? Your contractor can export a job's photos as a ZIP, metadata included, and send it to you.

Questions from clients

Another question? Write to us at [email protected]. We reply in English and French.

Do I need the app?

No. You receive a PDF that opens on any phone or computer. Only your contractors use Provashot.

Can a photo be added after the fact?

A contractor can import a photo taken outside the app. It carries no stamp and is marked as imported; the Insurance file also shows its import date.

What does the photo stamp contain?

The date, time and time zone, then the GPS position with its accuracy (for example "±8 m"). Without GPS, it shows the job address prefixed with "Site:", so it is never mistaken for a measured position. The full stamp (Pro) adds the job name and the phase.

Is the report legal proof?

It helps gather dated, located evidence, filed in order, which carries weight in a discussion with a client, a subcontractor or an insurer. How much it counts in a dispute is decided case by case: we do not promise any particular legal value.

Who sees the job photos?

Nobody but the contractor, until they choose to send a report. Provashot has no account and no server storing jobs: photos and reports stay on their phone.

Ask your contractors for dated photos

Send them the link to provashot.com: the app is free to start, and the report reaches you as a PDF.
